Sufficiency

A person embraces themselves as if they cannot escape theirown body — an expression of internal helplessness, wherethey reconcile with themselves and their pain in the samemoment. The body becomes an invisible prison, and when theperson attempts to escape, they find themselves returning tothe same place, unable to escape the deep feeling that fillsthem. This embrace becomes an attempt to ease the weight ofthe body, expressing the desire to escape the pain rootedwithin. But in the end, the person faces their own self,reconciles with their pain and existence, as if they know thatescape is not an option. Acceptance and embrace are the onlyways to ease the soul.
